Glad I called them.Glad I called them. They got there
quick, gave me the price before starting, did the work with no problems
and the cost seemed very reasinable. Lady in the office went out of her
way to get them to my house before I had to go to work. It all worked
out great. Other companies either didn't call back or didn't care enough
to help with my schedule problem. I'll call these guys again if I ever
need them.Very good experience.

good experience.We had a good experience. Roto-Rooter solved the drainage problem and the charges were not bad at all. We were given a written quarantee which I appreciated . Very professional people on the phone and on the job and they cleaned up after themselves which I didn't expect because most contractors I've ever used left the mess for you to clean up after they've left! You can bet I'm using Roto-Rooter from now on. I give them a good recommendation. |

I got a good deal with Roto-Rooter…I got a good deal with Roto-Rooter Savannah.
Our sewer line was clogged and everything in the house was backed up.
In less than an hour from the time we called, they sent Troy and Jimmy
to our home. They ran their cable to unclog our sewer and I must say
that they were the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with.
Troy found the sewer was broken and used their camera to diagnose the
problem. They didn't charge for the camera service and gave me a
ridiculously low price to fix the broken pipe. I knew they weren't
trying to rip me off because I could see the broken pipe myself. I had
to recommend them after such a good experience. They were: clear on the
phone,had a quick response time with very good pricing and very
professional people. I spent a total of $335.00! My boss had a similar
problem and he paid over $900.00 with another company.

Comments : My husband and I recently purchased a home in Richmond Hill. We have been living overseas Japan for 9 years. After living in the "Land of the Rising Sun" for 9 years of awesome customer service,
I was nervous about the great USA service once we returned. We,
Americans, DO have a reputation for not having great Customer Service.
Well,today,my faith in America
was re-newed.:) I was amazed by the awesome customer service that I
received from Mr. Brad Hughes. He took the time to check out our water
problem and was just plain courteous, friendly, & down to earth.

The whole operation was 1st class and professional. The people who took call gave good info, Troy, the plumber, showed up promptly, checked out our problem and gave us the price before he started. When he finished we were pleased as he had cleaned up the whole area and solved the problem. Troy even helped move some furniture while he was there to help us out in our garage sale! My sewer backed up late on a Saturday night and I was amazed to get a
real person answering the phone. She knew her stuff and dispatched
someone out within the hour! I got the price before they started and it
didn't change. From start to finish was easy situation. I realized that
from the time the sewer backed up into my shower until they came out
and fixed it and left, was less than 3 hrs! Pretty Good deal!
